B. Safety factor. It is very important to determine the actual oil return flow. The actual oil return flow is not equal to the working flow of the pump (please contact the supplier of hydraulic oil air-cooled radiator
). For example: the actual oil return flow rate is 100L / min, then the safety factor 2 should be multiplied when selecting the radiator, that is, 100 * 2 = 200L / min. There is no safety factor and no bypass circuit is installed. Once the machine fails, safety cannot be guaranteed.
C. It is not advisable to install a filter at the radiator's oil outlet. There are many disadvantages to this. For example, it is not cleaned regularly or it is not cleaned in time. The oil return resistance is constantly increasing. According to the experience of domestic and foreign customers, the radiator often burst .
