   1.0 Product Selection
   1.1 The design pressure of AF0510 and AF1025 is less than 1.0MPa, which is only suitable for the oil drain cooling of variable vane pumps.
   1.2 The design pressure of HD and AH series products is less than 2.0MPa (static pressure), which is suitable for independent circulation cooling of the system. If the oil return cooling method is selected (not recommended), the use conditions of oil return cooling must be evaluated by themselves, such as the impact of circuit pulses and control element failures on the oil return flow rate. When the flow rate exceeds 0.5 m / s, a burst will occur. Do not use oil return cooling for high pressure and high flow oil pressure system.
   1.3 Matching: First determine the cooling capacity required by the air cooler , see the selection of cooling capacity in the catalog for details. Then calculate the flow of the air cooler according to the actual working conditions of the oil circuit, and select two models whose performance must meet the requirements at the same time according to the "performance parameter table".

   1.4 Calculation of traffic
   Working flow rate = flow rate of oil pump × effective area ratio of oil cylinder × flow coefficient of oil × safety factor where:
   Effective area ratio of oil cylinder = compressed area without rod cavity ÷ compressed area with rod cavity (> 1)
   Safety factor: 1.5 ~ 2.0, often taken 1.8
   2.0 Installation and maintenance
   2.1 The location of the air cooler should avoid vibration and impact, and the air intake and exhaust are free and smooth, and the installation is firm.
   2.2 When the oil return cooling method is used, a bypass unloading circuit must be installed. The opening pressure of the back pressure valve is less than 0.5MPa to prevent the radiator from being damaged by excessively high pulse pressure when the system starts.
   2.3 The diameter of the piping should match the size of the oil inlet and outlet. It cannot be changed and reduced. Use high-pressure hoses and direct heads to reduce oil return resistance as much as possible.
   2.4 It is not recommended to install a filter at the oil outlet.
   2.5 When connecting the air cooler AF0510 and AF1025 inlet and outlet joints (the manifold is a laminated structure, and the rigidity is not strong), you must use a wrench to clamp the outer hexagon of the air cooler interface, and then tighten it, otherwise it will cause the cooler Deformation, causing damage and oil leakage.
   2.6 Damage caused by reasons such as 2.2, 2.3, and 2.5 will not be guaranteed by our factory.
   2.7 Pay attention to keeping the outer fins of the radiator clean, and clean them regularly according to the working environment to avoid affecting the cooling capacity.
   3.0 Security
   3.1 The heating protection device is required on the power circuit, and the circuit connection must be completed by an experienced electrician.
   3.2 The fan protection level is conventional IP44, IP54, please contact the manufacturer for special environmental requirements.
   3.3 The outer surface of the air cooler may reach high temperature. Adequate protective devices must be provided or placed in an inaccessible location.
